How online ordering works
Online orders are placed through our third-party ordering provider, Toasttab. When you click “Order Online” on our website, you may be redirected to Toasttab to complete your order and checkout.
Because ordering and payment are processed through Toasttab, certain steps (including checkout experience and payment handling) are governed by Toasttab’s system and policies.

Cancellations and changes
Because orders are prepared quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been accepted or is in progress.

Refunds and adjustments
Refunds or adjustments may be offered when appropriate, based on the situation. In many cases, we may offer one of the following:

Refunds and adjustments are typically handled using the same method used for the original payment, and processing times may vary depending on your bank and/or Toasttab.
Delivery notes (if applicable)
Delivery availability, timing, and fees may depend on the ordering platform and delivery partner. If a delivery issue occurs (late delivery, missing items, or driver-related concerns), please contact us first so we can guide you to the best resolution path.
Food allergies and dietary requests
Our kitchen uses ingredients that may contain common allergens (such as fish, shellfish, soy, sesame, eggs, dairy, wheat, peanuts, or tree nuts). While we take care, cross-contact may occur.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us before ordering so we can recommend the best options.
